This is not 100% clear for users:
if hbase.bucketcache.size is between 0.0 and 1.0 then is a percentage. But if
the value is above 1 then the value is expressed in KBs:

long bucketCacheSize = (long) (bucketCachePercentage < 1? mu.getMax() *
bucketCachePercentage:
bucketCachePercentage * 1024 * 1024);
