Feedback from users and support team.

Following error could mean that a disk has gone bad. We have seen many users 
confused by this error. 

java.io.IOException: Could not seek StoreFileScanner[HFileScanner for reader 
reader=hdfs://atlas/hbase/charnc_aeon/843914879034b56117dfa6b7f3c8383d/content/b6f5e9961d2d4578aea3917c0637bb7c
