- built from source- ran usual performance tests on it- added some rows, 
scanned, flushed, compacted, etc, 
All good.
The only new thing I noted that I haven't noticed before is that a startup task 
that says:"Doing distributed log split in []     COMPLETE (since 10sec ago)     
finished splitting (more than or equal to) 0 bytes in 0 log files in [] in 0ms 
(since 10sec ago)"
(this happened regardless on which machine I ran the local HBase, and happened 
when I had definitely shutdown HBase cleanly before)

- Localhost cluster LTT loading with reads and updates, 7u79, 1M keys
- Compile check of Phoenix with the 4.x-HBase-0.98 tree.
