Cutting 1.0.2 RC tomorrow

Hi,

Just a quick note that I'll be cutting 1.0.2 tomorrow. It got delayed due
to 1.1.1 testing, but now looks like a good time to do the RC. ~120 patches
went in.

Let me know if you want to commit something before RC0.
