Test fails with some frequency. Complaint is that can't parse the test xml
which doesn't give much clue as to what is going wrong. Looking in the test, it
leaks a load of resources (It does not close regions post open) and there is a
NPE parsing a long on increment. Let me clean up this test. Hopefully that will
get the root failure to show if still present.
