TestShell seems to be replaced by an AbstractTestShell class. Thus it does not
seem that any of the shell unit tests are running? If so, is the intent to
create a TestShell which subclasses the abstract class?
On a related note I've written shell unit tests for HBASE-6721 and it requires
a different Shell subclass as I need to have a different balancer and
coprocessor installed. I'm hoping we can address that use case in this jira as
well.
