All, Can you please weigh in here or on https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HBASE-14810 about what we should mean by "not tested" and "not supported" in our docs? I took a first stab, but may be way off base:
Not tested – We do not have formal tests for this scenario, this configuration, etc. It may or may not work well. Not supported – We don't intend HBase to be used this way. We will not prioritize bugs that come up when doing this. Thanks, Misty
