After this patch is applied, there are still two missing asciidoc anchors,
distributed.log.splitting and fail.fast.expired.active.master. These are
related to features removed by HBASE-14053 and HBASE-10569. I think these
anchors(and related texts) should be handled by someone who knows those issues
well, so I retain them.
