1) SyncTable code is contradictory. Usage said sourcehashdir is optional
(https://github.com/apache/hbase/blob/ad3feaa44800f10d102255a240c38ccf23a82d49/hbase-server/src/main/java/org/apache/hadoop/hbase/mapreduce/SyncTable.java#L687).
However, the command won't run if sourcehashdir is missing
(https://github.com/apache/hbase/blob/ad3feaa44800f10d102255a240c38ccf23a82d49/hbase-server/src/main/java/org/apache/hadoop/hbase/mapreduce/SyncTable.java#L83-L85)
2) There is no documentation on how to create the desired sourcehash
