Main thing that was found broken is a small typo in get_rsgroup cli command.
Till it's fixed the cli command won't work.
Other small fixes are:
- maven dependency cleanup in hbase-rsgroup module
- Removing a try{} catch block in AM since the exception is handled properly by
callers.
