HBASE-15745 broke TestMetaCache. Seems I made a mistake by committing the
AsyncRpcChannelImpl of the patch version of the older HBASE-13784 instead of
basing in on current code.
(Checked the other abstracted classes and did not make the same mistake with
the others)
