Resolution: Fixed
Hadoop Flags: Incompatible change
Fix Version/s: 1.3.0
Release Note: The HBase client artifact previously incorrectly included
the hbase-common test jar as a runtime dependency. With this change, that
dependency has been moved to test scope. Downstream users are not expected to
be impacted, unless they relied on the transitive dependency for these HBase
internal test classes.
