Hey guys, I'm stabilizing branch-1.3 now again getting it ready for release (that was delayed by integration tests investigations and during that period we definitely had more changes going into it, so I'm re-stabilizing it again).
So I'd like to limit commits going in this branch to only (ideally) test fixes, if any, and maybe critical bug fixes and also kindly ask to please ping me regarding the commits you think should be going to this branch. Thanks! -Mikhail
