HBASE-16622 Fix some issues with the HBase reference guide

Hi All,

    Is anybody knows why my patch fail to integrate in Jenkins?

    *My Change*:
    modify some issues of HBase reference guide. All changes in
src/main/asciidoc/
folder. No need for test
