Summary: Increment does not add new column if the increment amount
is zero at first time writing

When the data written for the first time is 0, no new columns are added.
Iterate the input columns and update existing values if they were found,
otherwise add new column initialized to the increment amount.
Does not add new column if the increment amount is zero at first time writting.
It is necessary to add a new column at the first write to 0.
If not, the result of using the phoenix is NULL.
