We've got an example post-build action on the [HBase precommit
job|https://builds.apache.org/job/PreCommit-HBASE-Build/] that compresses all
of the test results and places them somewhere build artifact archiving picks up.
We need to go through all the rest of our jobs and similarly compress test logs
rather than archiving them directly.
