Summary: Shorten the execution time of TestBackupMultipleDeletes

On my Mac, TestBackupMultipleDeletes took 10 minutes to run.
The test performs 5 incremental backups in total for 3 tables.
We can reduce the number of incremental backups so that runtime comes down by a
few minutes.
