once Yetus does their 0.6.0 release, we should update our nightly and precommit
tests to use it. They've added diagnostic info about maven version in use that
would help troubleshoot some of our failures.
Also the 0.5.0 release removed the maven eclipse plugin tests, since that
plugin is EOL.
