stack resolved HBASE-19600.

Resolution: Invalid
This was operator error. I'd not used a multiple of 25M. Ran a few runs this
morning w/ async WAL and in-memory compaction reenabled with server-killing and
basic 1B test passed. Will try larger sizes over next weeks but this basically
works....
