Thanks for the heads-up. We should come up with something that can be
used for HBaseCon's, regardless of location (we've had three events that
I'm aware of so far: US-East, US-West, and China).
What you've done now sounds fine -- as long as we can quickly get folks
to the archive, we're good.

We were then redirecting to the hbasecon-2018 (west) pages.
I removed the latter redirect and did a dirty edit to the
hbase.apache.org/www.hbasecon.com/ landing page so not it is an 'about' and
then a rough listing of 'archives'.
Should show up on our next auto-site push.
