HBase 2.1.1 is the latest maintenance release in the HBase 2.1 line, continuing on the theme of bringing a stable, reliable database to the Hadoop and NoSQL communities. This release includes over 180 bug fixes done in the 3 months since 2.1.0. All users of 2.1.0 are encouraged to upgrade.
