This RC is cancelled on account of a compatibility concern raised by reviewers. Another will be forthcoming shortly.
There were some flaky unit tests identified in a round of testing. Let me hold off rolling the next RC for a few days to see if any fixes land. At a minimum we could add @Ignore test annotations for flakies with a pointer to the JIRA for the fix in the annotation text. It would be better to improve the test first but this activity needs to be time boxed so we can get out the release. Let's just say next RC will be rolled on Monday Feb 11.
