AFAICT all branches are impacted.
when nightly comments on jira, it's supposed to include links to specific
reports when possible so that e.g. when jdk8/hadoop 3 fails on branch-2.1 a
committer can go directly to that report and see what's wrong.
right now all the links end up taking you to the build's top level status page.
