Sorry for the late response due to job priority. This ConnectionRefused issue cannot be reproduced on my laptop (MacOS 10.14.4) but could on the linux env. And I've checked and confirmed it could pass with 1.4.7/1.4.9 source package but stably failed with 1.5.0, performing a git bisect now, will report back later.
