Fix For: 2.3.0, 2.0.6, 2.1.5, 2.2.1
while testing the backport of the stuff from PR 192 I ran into an unrelated
failure that looks like a missing stanza from when HBASE-21371 got backported
from master. AFAICT all the non-master branches are impacted.
