There are currently no metrics that allow the user to see if intra-cluster
replication is real time or not. It should be straightforward to copy the
metrics from HBaseInterClusterReplicationEndpoint to
RegionReplicaReplicationEndpoint. This way HBase users will be able to monitor
region replication and see if anything needs tuned.
