Resolution: Won't Fix
As suggested by [~zhangduo], there are some places where we can use Optional<>
as method argument unless extra wrap/unwrap is required(e.g. without performing
Optional.of, returned Optional value from one method can be passed on as arg to
another)
Hence, closing this Jira.
