I've pushed a branch-2.3 to our git and updated the version on branch-2 to be 2.4.0-SNAPSHOT.
Please proceed with branch-2.3 for Jira fixVersion 2.3.0, and branch-2 as Jira fixVersion 2.4.0. I'll keep an eye on this over the coming days and leave reminder comments for committers as I find them.
