Resolution: Fixed
What I pushed to address the test failing. Added another WAL roll and then
loosened the check for WALs in WAL FS archive (it is important that they are
there, no how many). Ran adhoc test 30 and passed. Lets see how it does.
Committing so can retrigger nightlies.
