Hello everyone, It's been a while since I've checked back in on our 2.3.0 release. Since March, there's been a lot of good progress, lots of bug fixing, and some nice polish on the major changes of this release. It's time for me to request a moratorium on new features for branch-2.3. From now on, please keep it to targeted bug fixes.
There's a small handful of open issues remaining. I'd like to see these land. There's also a fair bit of book keeping to do around the new minor release, our tentative JDK11 support, &c Please help out by keeping an eye out for flakey tests. There shouldn't be many of these left on branch-2.3, which means if you see a test failure, you're probably looking at a real regression. Let's get them filed and triaged. Meanwhile, I plan to run ITBLL again next week on the latest HEAD. My runs over the last month have been looking good, and I don't expect that to change. Hopefully we'll have our first RC sometime during the second week of June, the week of June 8. Thank you everyone for all your hard work. Thanks, Nick
