Hadoop Flags: Incompatible change,Reviewed
Release Note:
HBaseTestCase and GenericTestUtils have been removed.
Non of these classes are IA.Public, but maybe HBaseTestCase is used by users so
still mark this as an incompatible change.
Resolution: Fixed
