There are two test failures, HBASE-21003 and
[ERROR] org.apache.hadoop.hbase.regionserver.TestRegionReplicas Time

org.junit.runners.model.TestTimedOutException: test timed out after 780
seconds
at
org.apache.hadoop.hbase.regionserver.TestRegionReplicas.testVerifySecondaryAbilityToReadWithOnFiles(TestRegionReplicas.java:486)
I tried this test case at my local mac, it can be reproduced. Created
HBASE-24708 to track it.
This test case is an old one, so it is not a blocker for the release.
