* Unit tests pass (1.8.0_181): ok

Tested deploying on pseudo distributed (local FS):
- CRUD: ok
- Web UI: ok
- ltt 10,000,000 rows: ok

Note: The hbase-vote.sh script was not working properly for me. I had to do
some extra manual steps to have it  running through.
