Adding logging broke the changes/releasenotes in create-release. A run last
night failed w/ the below.

JIRA returns HTTP error 400: 400. Aborting.
- Please ensure that specified authentication, projects, fixVersions etc. are
correct.
- The value '2021-01-08T07:23:23Z HBASE' does not exist for the field
'project'.
2021-01-08T07:24:01Z update_releasenotes stop (38 seconds)
