Duo Zhang resolved HBASE-19587.

Resolution: Not A Problem
Resolve as 'Not A Problem'. We have exclude all the slf4j-log4j12 dependencies
from hadoop and also add a enforcer rule to abandon it, so this should not be a
problem now.
