Hadoop Flags: Incompatible change,Reviewed (was: Incompatible change)
Release Note:
LocalHBaseCluster is now IA.Private.
In general, It should not be IA.Public. It is only used by HMaster to start a
local cluster, as well as in HBTU to start a local cluster for test. End users
should use HBTU(or its alternate classes) instead of using LocalHBaseCluster.
Resolution: Fixed
Pushed master.
