Heya, When running tests locally with JDK 11, I'm running into an annoying problem with mini clusters and the Jetty that ships in hadoop. See details on https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HBASE-26907. The issue has been fixed in Hadoop, so I wonder if this is problematic enough that we should bump the minimum Hadoop3 version number to include the fix.
