The getClusterId method was added to Connection for delegation token based
auth. This interface is InterfaceAudience.Public so it breaks client
compatibility. Hbase connections builds fail with the latest 2.4.14-SNAPSHOT
version and downstream applications relying on Connection interface will fail
to work on these versions.
