Sorry but -1. I replied on HBASE-27301 that the issue should be included in 2.4.14 but got no response.
And I checked the CHANGES.md, there is no HBASE-27301 in it, neither in 2.4.13 nor 2.4.14. Please fix this issue and publish an RC again. Thanks.
