Resolution: Incomplete
Actually I think I misunderstood the purpose of umbrella issues. Seems like the
expectation is that an umbrella allows breaking a large chunk of work into
sub-tasks which are all finally merged at once. I think the slow log
improvements we have can all be committed separately, so I'm just going to link
them all with a label.
