Currently chaos-daemon.sh is just adding the libs from HBASE_HOME which is
failing because hadoop dependencies not present in the classpath would be
better to use hbase script which adds all the relavent jars from different
classpaths like HBASE_CLASSPATHs and Hadoop paths so that things work properly.
