In the recent board report feedback, a board member suggested that we'd better filter out the jira notification email from the dev list, otherwise it is really hard to find out useful information.
So what do you guys think about this? We already have an issues@hbase mailing list to receive all the jira notifications and also github notifications, for dev list we only send emails when an issue is created or resolved. Thanks.
