Thanks, Stephen. I'm +1 for the two regional meetups proposal.

As per the topics suggested above, I think all are relevant. Some extra
thoughts on those:

1) Roadmap
- Do we have any roadmap currently published anywhere?
- If not, we could use the meetup to start listing what development tasks
folks are currently working on or what would be nice to have.

2) Attract more contributors
- Maybe survey the user/dev lists or other hbase forums for folks willing
to contribute?

3) Contribute/Housekeeping
- We could agree to try cleanup stalled jira's/github cleanup;
- Maybe redesign the website and documentation? Would be nice to have a
"designer" contributor...

For those interested in having/attending a virtual meetup, we could start
to share the available time range/timezone. Mine would be between 10AM and
4PM in UTC+1.
