Heya,

Since Istvan noticed an issue with the latest release candidates via
Phoenix, it reminded me that, at least for new minor releases, I've
been using a locally hacked-up version of [0] to verify that things
basically work for a "real" application. This project has been in our
community for years, but it is not widely known. I wonder if it is
time that we adopt formally under the PMC's purview. Alternatively,
maybe we take inspiration from it to implement a new, opinionated
version.

Either way, this seems like something that we want to run as part of
our nightlies.

Thoughts?

Thanks,
Nick
