Summary: The condition for testing whether we have hadoop jars in

While testing rolling upgrading, I found that I can not start master, it always
told me I do not have hadoop in classpath, but actually I have.
Finally I found that, '-e' does not support wildcard, so we need to find
another way to test whether hadoop jars are available
