* Eyeballed CHANGES.md and RELEASENOTES.md : pass
 Changes.md references the temporarily removed Jetty 12 version, but that's
not a serious issue.
* Checked the CI output for the hbase builds with the snapshot : pass
 The results aren't worse than the usual runs, I couldn't see any
systematic new failures
