In HBase 2.X, meta cache clear exceptions can potentially be obfuscated, making
it hard to understand why we're clearing the meta cache. We should
# Add better logging in the client
# Avoid using "UnknownException" as the exception type in the meta cache clear
metric if the exception is known at runtime
