Summary: Add avro schema fields support to sparkSQL write path

During implementation of sparkSQL write functions, we decided to leave avro
schema fields support for an specific task, in order to keep PRs granular and
simpler to review. Supporting Avro in the V2 write path requires an
InternalRow-aware version of createConverterToAvro, which is a meaningful
change best addressed in a dedicated follow-up PR.
