Kevin Geiszler created HBASE-30478:
--------------------------------------

Summary: Clean up Read-Replica Jenkins run artifacts owned by root
user
                 Key: HBASE-30478
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HBASE-30478
             Project: HBase
          Issue Type: Sub-task
          Components: integration tests
            Reporter: Kevin Geiszler

There are two issues with artifact cleanup.
 # The Read-Replica Jenkins test will pass on the first run, but subsequent
runs will fail because artifacts from the previous run cannot be removed due to
permission issues. We need a Jenkins run to clean up these artifacts when it
finishes (regardless of pass or fail).

extension is deprecated for Pipeline jobs. Pipeline users should use the
deleteDir() step instead.

 # HBASE-30465 made a change where HBase logs from the read-replica container
are saved after each pytest runs. These logs are owned by root and cannot be
cleaned up at the end of the Jenkins run, resulting in a failed run even when
all tests have passed.
