In order for HBase to one day support Java 25, we need to stop using
{{sun.misc.Unsafe}}. One way that {{Unsafe}} is currently used is for copying
regions of memory, for example in {{ByteBufferUtils#copyFromArrayToBuffer()}}.
If we can solve this and HBASE-29688, I think we can remove calls to Unsafe and
drop the dependency on {{org.apache.hbase.thirdparty:hbase-unsafe}}.
